So you all know I'm on a wellness kick. As of today, I've lost 24 pounds since Jan 2. I had to run out and do some grocery shopping this evening. This is what was in my bag. It's not that I didn't have this stuff before in my bag, it's that I also had a lot of bad stuff alongside the good stuff. The bad stuff has been reduced in proportion. Small steps towards a better future.
