    i've been making bread too, but nothing fancy. Just a simple dutch oven crusty bread recipe- though we do make our own flour.

  2. We grind up wheat, groats, quinoa, etc in the blender (quinoa bread is delicious). That way it is not refined at all. It only takes a minute, but a powerful blender is a requirement.
